We know there are racial inequalities in mental health in the UK but do you know what you can do about it in your practice?

Kim developed this training specifically for mental health professionals who are ready to address racial equality and take proactive steps to do things differently.

What you will learn

The R.A.C.E conversation framework

Through our R.A.C.E Conversation framework, you will learn:

• The social and historical impact of racism on mental health

• Race, privilege, and power

• Racial bias and its roots

• Empathy and phenomenological approaches

• Intersectionality

• How to discuss race in therapy
